Troy Collings
Troy oversees all staff, and manages the day to day operations on site. Troy has been a part of the team for over 15 years, and brings a real dedication to his work. He is committed to delivering the best seed dressing service possible while maximising seed in the bag, and sets high expectations for his team to follow.
Office Manager
Steph Buck
Steph has been with the business since 2006, and brings a wealth of knowledge regards the compliance and process side of the business. She is runs the office, handling all invoicing and dispatch enquiries. She will go the extra mile for her customers, helping find solutions wherever she can.
Managing Director and Board Chair
Nick Pyke
Nick's understanding of and connections within the arable sector are unchallenged. He was chief executive of the Foundation for Arable Research for over two decades, from its formation until 2018, directing the delivery of the research and extension needs to 2700 cropping farmers throughout New Zealand. Nick is tasked with ensuring the business delivers on its strategy, and remains an attractive proposition for current and future customers.
